Hey babe, I’m Theresa! I spent over 11 years in the classroom, pouring into everyone else while quietly running on empty! I was disconnected from myself, 'I'm fine' was my favourite response, I was reactive and yelled at my kids because I was overstimulated and my nervous system was in overdrive!

Most days, I was out the door before 7 a.m, home just in time to tuck my boys into bed convincing myself that’s what a “good mum” does and that I should be 'grateful'.

Deep down, I knew that wasn’t the version of me they deserved!

I was tired of existing on autopilot, teaching kids to dream while forgetting how to dream for myself!

So in 2023, I made one brave choice!

No previous experience. No guarantees. Just a deep knowing that something had to change for my family and I!

The fear of failing, of getting it wrong, the voice inside my head whispering 'who am i to start over' it was loud but something deeper in me was louder and I realised that no one was coming to save me.

If I wanted my life to change then it had to start with ME. I had to become the change! Not just for me but for my boys.

For almost 3 years I’ve been building a business that gives me both income and intention, a life that finally feels like mine without hustle or sacrifice.
